Six boutique serviced studios, with queen bed only, some with secure off street parking. All with separate kitchen and private bathroom and 2 seat dining table (Studio 1, 2, 5 & 6) or breakfast bar (studio 3 & 8). Only a 2 minute walk from our front door to Bondi Beach and located in the heart of Bondi village. Cafes, restaurants, bars, cool shops and local amenities are at your doorstep. Minutes from bus stops (333, 380 and 389 to Bondi Junction, Oxford St Paddington, City and Circular Quay). Only 2.5km to Westfield Bondi Junction and train station. Resident manager onsite.
The Chee Bondi also has long term residents in this building, occasionally long term (furnished/unfurnished) residential leases are available. It has been owned by the Chee family since 1967. Live in owners/managers have 2 French bulldogs that reside in Unit 9 and occasionally Stella, a Lab/Rottweiler cross comes for a beach visit, we once fostered her and rehoused her to loving dog parents.
Choose from 6 sunny, vibrant, tastefully renovated and decorated apartments in a secure building. All with bespoke joinery, air conditioning and flat screen televisions (swivel ability to watch either from bed or lounge) with cable TV. All apartments are NON SMOKING.

Studio 6 (34 sqm) our first holiday apartment in The Chee Bondi, filled with afternoon sun, located on the 2nd floor it is a smart beach studio apartment with direct access to share balcony, away from the street. Apple TV with Stan and Netflix. Entire floor is NON SMOKING, includes apartment and walkway balcony. Available for 2-4 month stays during April – July, please enquire.
Studio 3 (37 sqm) was next, it is a slightly larger luxe studio apartment, North facing, sunny and bright, located on the 1st floor with private balcony and street frontage. Double glazed window. Apple TV with Stan and Netflix. Smart TV with inbuilt DVD player. Smoking permitted on private balcony only, balcony door must be closed.
Studio 8 (37 sqm) is the mirror layout to studio 3, it is a stylish studio apartment, North facing, sunny and bright, located on the 2nd floor with private balcony and street frontage. Double glazed window. Now with Apple TV, Stan and Netflix. Smoking permitted on private balcony only, balcony door must be closed.
Studio 2 (34 sqm) a lovely apartment, filled with afternoon sun, located on the first floor, another luxe studio apartment with share balcony, away from the street – comes with Apple TV, Stan and Netflix. Entire floor is NON SMOKING, includes apartment and walkway balcony. Available for for stays less than 28 days only.

CHECK IN FROM 2PM CHECK OUT BY 11AM.
Early checkin or late checkout requires pre-approval (a fee may be charged).
You will be met by our resident manager/owner at a predetermined time to be welcomed into the apartment and settled in. Please note if we cannot meet you at your arrival time, then instructions will be emailed to you regarding key pick up and we will meet you later to see that you have settled in comfortably.
Maximum 2 guests per studio. One extra child under 12 may be accommodated in some units, please contact manager before booking.
